HALO - Baby Seat Safety System

This system works with almost any existing car seat and is designed to alert drivers if a child is inadvertently left in a car. A pad is placed under the existing cushion in the car seat, and attached to an electronic sensor panel which is firmly secured under the car seat. The system is activated by the weight of the child, and sends a signal to a key pod, which acts as the receiver. If the driver exits the car, and does not remove the child from the car seat, an alarm will sound, reminding the driver to never leave a child unattended in a car. If the driver does not hear, or respond to, the key pod alarm, a louder alarm from the car seat itself will sound, hopefully alerting passers-by to the situation. The system will also alert drivers if the car becomes too hot for a child. Peace of mind…no matter who’s driving baby.
